Each state gets to decide if I am a U.S. Citizen
Who should decide if I am a U. S. Citizen?
Answer: 1. Each state should decide for itself. That way, when I travel to a neighboring state, I may lose my rights as a citizen during my visit.
2. We need the same definition across all states.
